At below want to share really proud news from Jamnagar City Gujarat India, a little but good steps for Birds in this city that,
Jamnagar Municipal Corporation and Wild Gujarat set up 250 nest boxes on periphery of Lakhota Lake at Palace and also on trees of Azad garden here for local birds.
The nest boxes are made out of earthen material. Jamnagar Municipal Commissioner P.Swaroop, Mayor Kanaksinh Jadeja, Lakhota Nature Club Suresh Bhatt were present during nest setting ceremony. The nature lovers are targeting to set up 5000 such nest boxes at various places.
